Grip, backswing, footwork, point of contact, power and follow-through come together around the individual player.

Summer camp 2026
Five days to hit more balls, learn more and love the game.

Check camp availabilityConsistency, direction, depth, height, spin, power, pressure, speed and shot selection all enter the week.
Bring water, a snack and athletic shoes. Bring a racket if you have one—loaners are available.
Private & group coaching
Focused coaching. Your pace. Your goals.
Year-round coaching welcomes players from age three through their nineties. Train one-to-one or bring a group for social tennis, club play, school teams, college competition or professional development.
Your lesson may use radar, Dartfish video, ball machines and fresh tennis balls to make feedback clearer. Tennis video-resume support is also available.
At The Club at Sunset, junior programming is offered on reserved courts Monday–Friday, 4–7 PM, with Saturday lesson availability from 8 AM–7 PM.

Junior development
Give young players a strong beginning—and a reason to keep going.
Age-aware coaching builds coordination, attention, confidence and real tennis skill. Players move forward when they are ready, not simply when they reach a certain age.
Flexible scheduling, homeschool co-op group rates and track-out week packages are available.

Built into every level
Footwork, conditioning, balance, speed, agility, strength, tactical decisions and strategy develop alongside stroke production.
Year-round professional pathway
Part-Time, Full-Time and Premier 42-week plans can bring together a hitting partner, statistician, analyst, trainer, nutritionist and professional coach. Depending on the plan, training includes weekly semi-private and private lessons, ball-machine work, warm-up and cool-down facilities, a tennis and strength library, monthly data updates, video analysis and intensive Boomer sessions.

Fitness & performance
Move better. Last longer. Arrive ready.
Fitness work stays connected to tennis. Sessions may use ladders, court sprints, pull-ups, speed and agility drills, balance work and strength development.

Advanced diagnostics
See what is changing—and what to work on next.
Speed, placement, consistency and video can turn a feeling into something you can see. Together, player and coach use that evidence to choose the next priority, create better shot sequences and track real progress.

Boomer
Train from beginner through professional level with orange, green-dot or regular balls. Boomer can drill, play points, matches and tie-breakers, call lines, keep score, adjust difficulty, count shots and give live verbal feedback.
Dartfish video
High-speed video pauses a stroke at key positions so form and the kinetic chain are easier to understand. Pairing video with measured results builds a clearer picture of the whole stroke.
Reports & benchmarks
NTRP ratings and reports track power, speed, depth, width, placement, shot sequence, stroke type and consistency. Progress snapshots can be saved, reviewed and shared with coaches.
Analytics can also support team and league tryouts by showing how a player responds to different balls, where shots land and how performance changes under match-like pressure.
