  1. To Enter: The Do It Right Sports Giveaway begins March 1, 2007 and ends on Nov 1, 2007. Contestants may enter by calling (919)467-0240 and leaving your name address and phone number or by completing the information online at http://www.DoItRightSports.com/ . Entrants can also hand-print their name, address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone number, email address and the words "Do It Right Sports Giveaway" on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to:

All mail-in entries must be received no later than Nov. 1, 2007 to be eligible for the drawings. The MARKETING DEPARTMENT is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, misdirected, electronic miscommunications, or failures of any kind. Contest is void where prohibited by law. The number of entries received determines the odds of winning. Entries become the property of the MARKETING DEPARTMENT and will not be returned.

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all residents of North Carolina willing to travel to Apex NC for the lessons, as of Nov. 1, 2007. One entry per person. Employees of MARKETING DEPARTMENT and employees of the companies providing the prizes are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Drawing: The will be awarded in one drawing. There will be one manual random drawing to award prizes on Nov 4, 2007. The Grand Prize, which will be awarded in a manual drawing on Nov 4, 2007, includes 40 weeks (one year) of tennis lessons from Do It Right Sports. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All entries are the property of the MARKETING DEPARTMENT. All winners will have been notified by mail no later than Nov. 15, 2007. The MARKETING DEPARTMENT is not responsible for invalid, inaccurate, misprinted or incorrectly entered email addresses.
  3. Prizes: There will be 10 of the following prizes awarded: 1 can of Tennis Balls, one set of racket strings. The Grand Prize includes a one year lessons package with Do It right Sports.
  4. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize and those not specified are the responsibility of each winner. The MARKETING DEPARTMENT assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, injury or death resulting from the acceptance and use of this prize. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All prizes are valid from date of receipt by winner through the expiration dates above, and must be claimed prior to the package expiration date. The MARKETING DEPARTMENT reserves the right to modify the individual giveaways without compromising the integrity of the offer as determined by the MARKETING DEPARTMENT in its sole discretion.
  5. Agreement: All drawing entrants, by their participation, agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The MARKETING DEPARTMENT reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, and any subsequent entries of the disqualified entrant. The laws of the United States apply to and govern this sweepstakes and any claims must be raised and resolved in the United States. Additionally, entrants and winners agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the MARKETING DEPARTMENT, participating properties, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the promotion and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. All winners must be 21-years or older and by accepting the prize, agree to the use of their name or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation, and upon request, provide consent to such use in writing.
  6. Limitation of Liability: The MARKETING DEPARTMENT is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail or entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly; or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. The MARKETING DEPARTMENT reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the offer as determined by the MARKETING DEPARTMENT in its sole discretion.
  7. Names of Winners: The promotion winners will be posted as winners on www.DoItRightSports.com. For written names of all the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelop to:
